For over 12 years, Scott has been singing (and playing bass!) with Mambo Sons, with close friend and college buddy Tom Guerra, in the blues rock band Mambo Sons. Since 1999, Mambo Sons has released 4 widespread critically praised CDs that have been distributed and sold worldwide. Recording with Rock and Roll Hall of Famer Rick Derringer on their debut - Mambo Sons have a resume that boasts having their third CD "Racket Of Three" named Best Independant-Produced CD by New York Rock Magazine.
Mambo Sons released the double CD "Heavy Days" in 2009, and earned nationwide rave reviews. Although primarily a studio band, occasional live shows in the Connecticut area
still happen.
Mambo Sons is currently on an extended touring hiatus, but can still be heard on iTunes, CDBaby and Amazon.com
